BSC Tools Nipple Driver Set
Our set of spoke nipple drivers covers most spoke nipple types – slotted, 3.2/3.23/3.25mm double square, 3.45mm double square, 5.5mm hex and for DT Swiss Squorx.
Also includes a 3D printed tray for storage.
For quick and easy wheel building, they install spoke nipples to the same depth. Simply choose desired length with the set screw – up to 7mm with the supplied insert.
For use with an electric drill or a screwdriver – standard screwdriver bit 1/4″ hex shank (6.35mm).
The hex will prevent the bit spinning when used with a drill.

– Adjustable up to 7mm with supplied insert, suitable for all nipple lengths
– 1.6mm and 1.8mm inserts with rounded tip to locate easily in spoke nipples
– 50mm long, 6mm diameter shaft for use in shallow rims
– 75mm total length – 25mm ¼ “ hex length for use in drills
– Material: stainless steel for all parts

– Spare 1.6mm inserts
– Spare M3x2 set screw
– 1.5mm hex key
Adjust length using the 1.5mm hex key and minimal torque – do not overtighten
