The Sapim Alloy Polyax Anodised 14mm Nipple is are made from high-quality AL7075 T6 aluminium to be long-lasting, corrosion-resistant and lightweight, consistently out-performing lower grade alloy nipples.
Polyax nipples have a rounded, rather than flat, head which provides better spoke/nipple alignment up to 9°.
Sapim treat their alloy nipples with a special low-friction coating which removes the need for lubrication, removes squealing during building and resists corrosion.
